Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions constitute an agreement between you and Sip&Stumble (JAAN s.r.o.). By using the site you accept these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, and it is your responsibility to check these terms and conditions regularly in case there are any changes. Continuing to use the site after a change has been made is your acceptance of those changes.
In these Terms & Conditions, the word “Company” refers to Sip&Stumble (JAAN s.r.o.). “Customer” means you and the Customer’s means you are the person who agrees to buy the tour, or any person on whose behalf you agree to purchase the tours, trips, or other travel services provided by Sip&Stumble (JAAN s.r.o.).
1. Prices
All rates shown on the website for tours are quoted in Euros. Our team updates the rates according to the season and subject to availability. There will be special promotions during certain months of the year. Our sales consultants will advise The Customer of these promotions (if any) at the time of your request.
2. Booking Services with Sip&Stumble (JAAN s.r.o.)
Bookings can be made to our office by email: sippandstumble@gmail.com. We will reply to your enquiry within 12 hours. The booking will be processed as soon as we have received The Customer‘s confirmation and payment deposit (as per instructions).
3. Payment Method
A. By bank transfer
Please transfer payment to our bank account details as follows:

Please note that all bank fees should be paid by the customer.
B. By cash, at the start of the tour.
4. Children Policy
All participants must be at least 18 years old and able to provide a valid ID upon request.
5. Responsibility and Liability
- Participants are fully responsible for their own safety and behavior during the event.
- Sip&Stumble is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages caused by participants to themselves, other persons, or property.
- Any costs resulting from damage to property or harm caused to others during the event will be borne entirely by the participant(s) responsible.
6. Personal Belongings
Sip&Stumble is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of any personal belongings during the event.
7. Privacy and Personal Data Protection
- Your personal data (name, email, phone, booking details) will be collected solely for the purpose of processing your booking and providing you with the service.
- We do not share your personal data with third parties except when required by law.
- You may request correction or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us via email.
8. Cancellation Policy
- All cancellations must be received in writing, sent to us via email.
- No cancellation fee applies if you cancel your reservation more than 3 days before the check-in date.
- Within 3 days before arrival: 50% charge.
9. Photography & Video Consent
- By participating, you grant Sip&Stumble the right to capture photographs and video recordings of the event, which may include your image.
- These materials may be used for promotional purposes on our website, social media channels, and marketing materials.
- If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, please inform our staff at the beginning of the experience.
